ALIR Company was incorporated in the state of Georgia in November of 1997.  The company extended its name to the ALIR Company (A Life Insurance Redemption Company) in early 2001 to better reflect the evolving market of “redeeming” life insurance at “market” value as opposed to the “cash value” of a policy.

ALIR is a licensed secondary market for life insurance broker, holding licenses in states where required, on file in states where no license is required, and authorized to do business throughout the United States.  ALIR is an active member of LISA (Life Insurance Settlement Association) which is the industry’s largest national association representing the life settlement business.  The company maintains many other professional associations and business relation, such as
